You're here because you want to know how long your order will take to arrive?

 

BEFORE READING, PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE FACT THAT DELIVERY TIMES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. DUE TO COVID-19 AUSTRALIA POST AND MANY COURIER COMPANIES ARE EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICANT DELAYS ACROSS AUSTRALIA DUE TO REDUCED CAPACITY AND A HUGE INCREASE IN PARCEL MAIL. PLEASE BE PATIENT WHEN WAITING FOR YOUR PARCELS. WE WILL ALWAYS AIM TO SEND OUT ORDERS WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.

Once your order leaves our hands the rest is out of our control, however we aim to have the shortest possible turn around time to get it out the door. We are working with a number of services to try and speed up delivery time.

Please note that shipping times are estimated FROM dispatch time, not from when you place your order. We will always endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible. 

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Currently we have only one shipping option available as express post is experiencing significant delays we have removed that as an option in favour of a Flat Rate Australia Wide and more accurate estimate of 5-7 business days.

DISPATCHING

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check the tracking number to follow your delivery. If you haven't received your order in the estimated time then please email hello@thelilmoments.com and we will look into it for you.

Please note these are estimated times only and parcels can take longer than usual to arrive, due to Covid-19 and delivery times are well out of our control.
